Travel Insurance?
Hey,
I've got a load of flights booked back to Scotland this year for various reasons, unfortunately they all have connections.
Typically I would have an annual travel insurance policy to various eventualities, as they are dirt cheap... i.e. £50 a year for the family.
Unfortunately all the policies I would typically use say you must be a UK resident, UK GP etc etc.
Does anyone have any european/italian but english written travel insurance they could recommend?
Thanks,
Kevin Ancell

Hey thanks for that, unfortunately doesn't seem to cover flying from Italy, not sure why. Will look for similar expat policies though.

Re: Travel Insurance?
I ended up getting a pretty comprehensive annual EU resident policy for £100 for Globelink.co.uk
Hopefully we never have to use it, and there are probably limited situations where it could even be applied, but I like the safety net in case one of my connecting flights is delayed and we need to buy 4 x last minute tickets which will no doubt be around £1k.
