Residency confusion

Residency confusion
I read a post on a local forum about residency from someone who was confused by this link they had found, so was I at first glance. I just wondered if anyone had ever seen this site before and actually used the Poste for the procedures it indicates can be done there?

It must have been for Permesso di Soggiorno, not residence. But even then, its out of date.

I'm sure you are correct Modicasa as I had a look on the Poste site and indeed there is an option for "Permessi di soggiorno" and "Passaporti", but nothing else. I think the problem is the link above is to the English version pf the page for the site and it has the paragraph missing that shows it to be 2012, but it just shows how confusing things can get for new people.

There is no ' kit' for residence at the PO - there is only PdS - The site is owned and run but the Poste - and is a bucket listof reforms. I love the 'residence permit must be able to be digitally read' - that would be like the residence tessera that never happened except in about 3 comunes which could turn on a computer.
