Renting out our rental-how to advertise it
We have a 2 bedroomed apartment near the sea in Sardinia that we rent out to friends etc. We are thinking of going ' commercial' and paying for a service on the web - Ownersdirect - seem quite good.
Has anyone got any tips or advice for us on how to advertise it?
