I am just filling in the complicated form for Italian citizenship. I am wondering if the check that the Questura does is enough to ensure that the application is correct. It would be a bit annoying to wait 2+ years and find the application rejected. Has anyone done this already?

Once you submit the form and all the allegati you will be called in to the Questura for your colloquio where they will make sure that it was all done properly. That was 4 months for me. However, take your time over the form and do it properly. Its another 200 euros if you botch it.
