Shipping to the Philippines/SE Asia - Delays caused by Typhoon Hainan
We have been updated by our network offices of severe transport delays across central Philippines caused by Typhoon Hainan which made landfall this week.
Described as one of the most powerful storms to make landfall, waves up to 50 feet and approximately 15 inches of rain will cause flooding in central and southern Philippines.
Domestic and international flights have been cancelled and area ports closed. Shipments currently in transit to and from Southeast Asia may also be impacted by delays.
Additional information will be provided as soon as it becomes available. If you have any questions or concerns about a shipment to this area, please contact your removal company who will be able to give you the latest updates as to the status of your individual shipment.
