I am new to this forum.
I am an IT employee in india with 4 years of experience .My age is 27 .
I am looking for professional possibilities abroad.
I am interested in singapore .I heared that we do not require a pre visa to land into singapore.The govt will give the landing visa for the people who land in Singapore and there from we can search for a job in singapore.
is that true?

Also there are 2 types of work permits in singapore

1. Employment Pass (EP). it is tied to a specific employer. you need to have a job with a company in Singapore to get this EP. the company/employer should file the application for the foreigner.

2. Personal Employment Pass (PEP). it does not tied to any employer. it will be granted on the strength of an EP holder's individual merits.

what do they mean by strength and How can we can undergo an evaluation of our strenghths ?


what is the possibility of getting personal employement pass to singapore ?
and how good is singapore market?
How much time it will take to process the visa?
and how long we can stay there .
Is there any necessety to show the minimum property or money balance in india?

Just go there and look for a job. Most of my friends done it and they were successful. Soon after you have been selected for a job, your employer will do the paper work for visa. Good Luck!
