Recruitment through 457 visa
Hi
I have worked in sales for years and am thinking of moving to recruitment.I have been told i can apply for sponsorship to do recruitment in Oz.
Has anyone done this,I am also 40 so not sure i would have enough points for sponsorship.

As you are still under 45 you can also still explore the options leading to permanent residence.
