Oops... missed August, here's the September update added


As mentioned before, please bear in mind the following about these figures:
  • Some Seek jobs have multiple adverts through different agencies
  • Some are advertised in all cities event though the job is only in one
  • Some may be fake or filled jobs just so that agencies can gather CVs
  • Some jobs are never even advertised on Seek

Great thread guys and helping towards making that decision soon as to whether to take the plunge and head over.

Four years experience as BA in Insurance industry. Hoping to contract and thinking it will best option anyway as will be the spouse on other half's 457 visa.

Find the company you want to go to and visit the website. It is more work in the short run but you do not have to deal with agents.

Hi BE,

Just a quick question. Do you think Oracle DBA's have good chances of finding a job in South Australia particularly in Adelaide?

I have done some quick searches in seek.com.au and found that Oracle DBA positions in Adelaide is quite rare. :-(
