Australian .NET job market
Hey all
I’d really appreciate some advice from those already in the Australian I.T industry.
We are planning to move to Oz (Perth) in 2010 , probably through an RPL application (unless I find a sponsor and I’d go a bit sooner ) <EDIT>I do not have a degree</EDIT>
I started out in I.T as an IBM AS400/SeriesI RPGLE developer and had around 4 years full-time experience. I then moved to PHP/MySQL for a while before my employer began to cross-train in-house to C# & ASP.NET. Anyway, I now have around 1 years solid C# & ASP.NET experience.
Can anyone advise what my chances are of finding work if I had 3 years experience behind me when I arrive in Oz?
Cheers all

Re: Australian .NET job market
If you rocked up today, you should stand a pretty good chance. Not sure about 2010 but things don't move that fast here so you should be good.
