Sent goods to Sidoarjo, got ripped off
Anyone in or around Sidoarjo that knows the locals and how the land lays.
We sent a number of items to a customer in Sidoarjo who then did a charge back on his credit card.
I've emailed a solicitor in Indonesia but wondered if anyone had their finger on the pulse locally that might have any idea of the likelihood of recovering funds.
If the solicitors are a no go then someone local would be useful and a decent percentage of recovered funds could be agreed.

Like to help joker but Sidoarjo is off the beaten track for most UK expats...unless married to locals.
I suggest you put your quest on another website where many expats and locals chat in English.
I think protocol prevents me from linking but if you search for living in Indonesia you will probably find it...you might have more success with Surabaya residents.

Sidoarjo is around 20 km from Surabaya, seem no expats live there
