CNN and Indonesia
Currently, probably due to the mass of journalists visiting for the Miss World and APEC meeting, CNN is running programs of interest regarding Indonesia.
The 'On the Road" travelogue is well worth watching if repeated. It covers Borobudur, cuisine, spectacular pics of many islands from the air to close-ups of the Komodo dragons...I commend the lady journalist for her courage to eat some of the traditional food to almost being eaten herself by the dragon!
There is another program by Costeau called Expedition Sumatra. It is about the animals of the rain forest and the problems about the eco-system....more for those interested in eco-preservation than tourism.
