Default Bali's new toll road

The new toll road, across the water and mangrove marshes, connecting Bali airport with Nusa Dua and elsewhere was formally opened yesterday 23 Sep 2013 by the President. He named it Bali Mandara.
As it is free till the end of the month we travelled on it today.
It is a remarkable engineering feat...particularly for Bali...it is huge!
It is 12.7kms long and was built in 14 months and cost US$220Million.
The future tolls will be Rp4000 for a motorbike and Rp10,000 for a car. About US35cents and US87cents....each way.
