Welcome to BE and the India forum.

We have a forum on here dedicated to all things Goa, where most of the expats who frequent Goa will be posting. You will find the Goa forum by going to the India forum as you have already done. Double click on Goa which is the first thing listed on there and you're in. My advice would be to repost your request on there in a new thread as you will get your request to more folks who are in Goa.

No Indian babysitters or nannies will have the CRB certificate as that is a UK thing, although we have some members with children who may know some trustworthy and reliable people to recommend to you.
It is unlikely you will find a European person who can do this for you in Goa because most will be on tourist visas so cannot work whilst they are there.
