Working remotely, Australian visa, will an agent be able to advise?

Hi Everyone,

Just joined the forum today and you all seem like a helpful bunch so I thought i'd try my luck!

I've been searching the forums and whilst i've found some similar subjects nothing is really matching my situation.

I started a remote business this year. UK based limited company that I'm a director and employee for. I have a UK client and an Australia client that is paying the UK company for services.

I'm hoping to get an Australian visa that will allow me to travel in and out of the country for a year. I'm planning on living in Brisbane for at least 3 or so months until Christmas then be able to go back within the year. So my question is will I be able to apply for a working holiday visa and work remotely in Australia for a UK company? Or will this conflict because I technically have an Australian client who I will be visiting?

My second question is does anyone know of a migration agent that could help in this matter? Are they worth the investment? Does anyone have a recommendation?

Thanks in advance guys! Hopefully I explained the situation well enough!

Joe
