Default Will a job in Aus ensure me of a visa?

Currently I work in IT in the Netherlands. I want to work in Australia for about 2.5 years
and am applying for jobs via the internet. My question is: what would be te procedure once
I get hired?

No, a job offer does not guarantee a visa. Far from it.

First, you have to be aware many companies will not sponsor as it is expensive and can take a very long time to process a visa.

Then, the company has to e eligible to sponsor. Not every company can. Then, the particular position has to be eligible. Then, the occupation has to be eligible - must still be on one of the skilled occupation lists. Then, you have to be eligible - correct qualifications and experience required.

The chances of you being hired would be close to zero. Most people go about it the other way, visa first then job but IT isn't exactly an in need occupation unless it is some highly esoteric thing that nobody else in Australia could possibly do. You're wasting your time applying for jobs really.

To attain professional services job in IT, is really hard due to Visa requirements.

Minimum criteria is PR or work sponsored Visa which is rarely given.

Let me know if you require help.

Nope, no guarantee of a visa. Try to get a visa independently, as employers can be rather unscrupulous, and they can screw you over as soon as look at you.

Help with what? If you are an agent please make your details public. I actually hope that you aren't because I would hate to see an agent giving such random and misleading "advice" as that which you have been posting on this forum

If you're a registered MARA agent we do require that you give your details in your signature. Whether you are or not, please don't give incorrect information in the Immigration Forum. You'll find yourself banned very quickly.
