When is Visa fees required to be submitted?

Hi,

I am contemplating a move to Australia and right now evaluating visas 189 or 190. Thanks to this forum, I am aware that both require EOI to be submitted.

Something which is not clear is that when is the visa fees required to be submitted for the two categories of visas?

Is it submitted only when you have received invitation OR is it required to be submitted along with EOI?

Pls advise.

Yes, payment of the fee effectively *is* the lodging of the visa application.
