What Visa?
Hi, really don't know what to do! My husband is sponsored on a 457, we want to go on a pr, he is a painter and decorater and on the wanted list, so good points. But i am really confused, cause immigration said that after a year employer can sponser him for pr, but then i read on immi site that it is 2 years before employer can nominate you, really am confused any help with any visa that we could go for would be a help. Thank you

If he can meet the eligibility requirements he can apply for a PR visa on his own. www.immi.gov.au - booklet 6 is your bible.
