Will waiting on divorce hold up the visa process?
Hi,I have just applied for my divorce after 7 years seperated and have lived with my new partner for 5 years. It is a strait forward case so should be quick. Will not having this document hold my visa aplication up? Any advice would be great.

Could make a difference depending on what visa you are going for - eg one where you need to be free to marry an Aussie partner.

Hi Pollan No I'm not doing that again in a hurry,I have a partner and we have lived together for 5 years in uk but just never sorted my divorce after 7 years of separation I am doing it just worried waiting on docs could delay me being able to submit skills assesment EOI or main aplication??as I'm ready to roll otherwise once I get English test done.Fiona
