Great news, today Victoria, has removed speciality requirements for some of the IT occupations.....

A link showing changes would be good rather than just a rather pointless comment which tells people nothing. All I can see is: Applications in the following specialisations are not currently accepted:
Web Designer
Help Desk Operator
Help Desk Manager.
