This will be due to the fact that Vetassess requirements stipulate all managerial occupations must be submitted with organisational charts on letterhead, confirming the position in relation to the wider company hierarchy.

If an applicant forgets to include them then the CO will typically ask for them. It's not necessarily that there is anything wrong.

Hi Richard,

Thank you for the reply.

I have already submitted the organization chart to them. Though it was not on the letterhead since its in tabular form with arrows and wasn't fitting on the company letterhead. So I got it stamped and signed from my HR, who has also signed my letter of appointment and salary appraisal letters plus got the org chart notarized from Public Notary too.

My worry was since the CO was looking to interact more with my reporting boss and due to the crunch, my boss told her to email him for further verification related requests?

Can this be taken in an inappropriate way by the Case officer, because usually here in India, lot of companies do verifications or employment checks over email instead of phone.

I just hope it goes ok, the verification call took place last Thursday.
