URGENT Help on Eoi

Hi all I am filling my eoi and it ask for qualification.I have no trade qualifcation but 15years experience as a fitter and got my skills assessment passed with certificate AFQ III.Can I use that as qualification and what details I fill in campus, dates etc.Any help will be much appreciated.
