UK or Australian Migration Agent
Hi,
I'm from the UK and wandered if it's more beneficial to use a U.K. based agent or one in Australia?
Many thanks,
Mary x

Doesn't matter. What matters is that the agent is MARA-registered. There are some good agents on here.

Thanks for the heads up.
I've been liaising with True Blue in Oz and they seem super efficient 😊

Isn't your visa being sponsored? If so why do you need an agent? The sponsor should be dealing with the visa.

That's right, it doesn't really matter where the agent is as long as MARA registered and that you feel you'll be in good hands. With technology nowadays anyone can be anywhere and work can be done. For example, I would have clients from Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Middle East and no difficulties in providing assistance - no different to those from the UK. So by all means, if you find someone from Australia and especially if the agent has been referred to you,by all means....I wouldn't hesitate if I were you.
