Hello
One of my friend who was not from OZ got married an Aussie and got PR under subclass 100. Now there r divorced. Can he sponsor someone else as a partner from outside Australia or there is some condition. The condition of not able to sponsor before 5 years counts from which date. Please clear the doubt.
