Panel Doctors in Northern Ireland?
Are there no longer any Panel Doctors in Northern Ireland?

Doesn't look like it.
I had a quick look - https://www.border.gov.au/Lega/Lega/...nel-physicians
UK has clinics in Cardiff and Manchester which are probably closest although not necessarily quickest to get to.
Eire has clinics in Dublin and Cork if they can be used.

Hi Jen! hows life?!
Haven't been any in NI since the huge cull of the list years ago.
Many people go to Manchester, but it is OK to use Dublin or Cork, the clinic doesn't have to be in the UK.

Hey Pollyana, you're still here, working away!? Life's good, exhausting but good! You well?
