Hello,

I'd like to apply for a Skilled Independent Visa, as a Software and Application Programmer, and I need to get my skills assessed. I have a Masters in Computing, and a Bachelors in Psychology - not at all relevant to my current career. Does anyone know if I need to have my bachelor's translated and sent off as well for assessment?

And what does your question have to do with a 489 visa granted to another poster ages ago?

You would be far better to start your own thread and maybe try doing some research instead of jumping on a thread that is irrelevant to your situation.

I don't think that the poster who replied was angry but they were correct - where you posted and the questions asked were irrelevant to the thread. For this reason, I have split your posts off to a new thread, where the question is visible and others may reply. Or not - as you appear to be very reactive yourself - off course that is hard to tell from the written word but it is more common to thank people who offer you advice
