Default Property Based Immigration

In the local newspaper, there is an advert claiming to provide property based immigration to Australia. The advert indicates that if you invest in a property in a development in Melbourne they will help the investor and their family to migrate to Australia? Does Australia have any migration scheme whereby one can gain a migration visa after investing in Australian property (freehold landed property is what the advert notes)? How do I determine if the advertised scheme is authentic?

Thank you
