I am in USA. While i am trying to submit my visa application for subclass 189, it asked me for a payment of 6160 AUD and i provided my master debit card information which has more than enough funds but still the payment was declined and i could not proceed any further. How can i handle this situation ? Is there another payment method ? Is there a direct customer service facility where i can get this problem resolved ?

I expect you need to talk to your bank, not DIBP.

Thanks for your response. I will try once more tomorrow morning and if it does not work, i will speak to the bank.

Have you checked if the daily limit on your credit card is not below the visa cost?

My card has an international payment limit and thus got declined.This is resolved.
