A question please if someone can help me.

I have submitted online mine, (applicant) and my wife's, (sponsor), applications for a Partner Visa. She has had both UK and Aus passports and currently holds a valid UK passport, BUT, her AUS passport ran out this year and she has not renewed it as she generally travels on her UK one anyway. Will this have any bearing on my application does anybody know?

No, presumably she has either an Aus birth certificate or citizenship certificate to prove her ability toi sponsor?

However she will need to get a new Aus passport if the plan is for both of you to move here. She can't return to Australia on her British one.

Yes I have uploaded her Australia birth certificate and yes she will be renewing her AUS passport over the next few months. Thanks for your reply.

You'll need to provide evidence of how your wife acquired her British citizenship. If it was automatically by descent through a British-born parent then her full Australian birth certificate will suffice. If it was by registration or naturalisation you'll need to upload her citizenship certificate.
