New Zealand Student Visa - How Long does it take to process?

I have two questions here. How long does it takw the New Zealand Qualifications Authority
to assess foreign qualifications as a general rule and how long is it likely to take to
get a student visa application sorted.
If anybody has any idea I would be greatful if you would let me know.
