hi all i need help with the citizenship application could anyone tell me whats happening.
My case is as follows
1 Came to aus in 2008.
2 Got married in 2009.
3 Got my PR in 2013.
4 Got a case for assault in 2012 with section 10 12 month good behavior bond
5 Applied for citizenship in 18/06/2014
6 Received email from my case officer to express him what happended in 25/07/2014.
7 Submitted all required documents .
8 Today updated as "Please await letter from department".
??????????????????
tried calling them they dont want to tell me what decision is made Is it been approved or refused can any one help.....

What help do you want? Without looking at your file nobody here can tell you what that letter from the department might say. And of course they won't tell you on the phone whether your application has been approved or refused! You could be anyone ringing.

If it was only updated today to 'Please await letter from the Department' then I would suggest you do exactly that!

my husband and son got approval and it says after the test and my one got stuck just want to ask anyone who might have same circumstances and have received the letter it might can b approval as well or it means its going to get refusal only

As I said previously; without looking at your file there is nobody who can tell you what that letter says. Some of us have had letters of approval and some have had letters of refusal. You just have to wait and see what your letter says.

I am just guessing here, but if it is refused, then in your shoes, I would try keeping out of trouble for a few years and trying again then. You still have PR, so no immediate issue.

Australian citizenship by conferral can be applied again after few years.....??????

It's already been 2 years
No conviction was recorded as well section 10 with 12 month behavior bond it's already over

I would think a conviction was recorded if you received a 12 month good behaviour bond. Regardless of whether or not the sentence has been served, you fairly recently assaulted someone. If you are refused citizenship on character then you need to stay out of trouble and try again at a later date.
