Its a grand(t) morning for us !
Hi All,
The long awaited Grant letter arrived today morning at around 5 AM...The black berry woke us up at around 5.00 AM and as usual we snoozed for 5 mins...as usual checked my personal email and there was this THE EMAIL with the subject Grant letter.
Our timeline :
Application date :06/May/2008
Medicals PCC:Oct/2008
MODL/CSL - IT
Visa grant 24/Feb/2009
HR country
We have been requested to validate the visa before mid September and wish we could make some arrangements to do so.
Thank you one and all for all the queries that were answered and the abundance of information that is shared in this forum for all Australia aspirants.
I have been closely watching this forum and it is a great place to be...

Congrats !!!!! I think you are ASCO Code 2231-79 ( IT Professional ). Grt to hear they start giving the visas to CSL also...And also your application date is May-2008..

Thanks all for the wishes.
Ours was 175 and more surprisingly we never heard from the CO.
direct visa grant. Infact when we enquired last week we got a reply mail stating that curently they are processing September 2007 files and it will take some more time , and all of a sudden here it comes the grant letter today morning.
God is great and he just showers his blessings when he feels so !!!!
