One applicant - Two visa applications
This is for my bro. who applied for subclass 176 - family sponsored permanent visa a while back and don't think it's going to get approved until end of 2012.
Now he wants to come to Australia for studies; and our concern is if he will be granted a student visa then his application for subclass 176 - family sponsored visa will be reject on basis of his would have got student visa.
Can anyone shed in some light please?

He needs to advise DIAC of what he is planning though.
