Default How to package application and documents?

Guidelines say that applciation and documents must be in envelope.
If I am sending with UPS, they provide envelope.
Should I just put in it or should I put documents in non-sealed envelope and put it into UPS envelope?

Stick them in a A4 envelope but don't seal, the courier needs to check theres no money or such like in the envelope.
Also if your in England use interparcel as they use DHL but charge half the price.
Good Luck
