How to complete question no. 57 of Form 47 CH
Please help,
Should sponsor sign at Question no. 57 on Form 47CH when applying for Child sub class 101 Visa for an infant.
It doesn't say '(A parent, relative or guardian may sign if applicant is
under 16 years of age.)'

57 AUSTRALIAN VALUES STATEMENT
This statement must be signed by the main applicant and each person 18 years of age or over who is included in this application.
If the "Child" is 18 or over they sign
If the "Child" is under 18 no-one signs.
