Help with visa and advice!
Hi all I am a new member and hope you can help me with some points. I am 28 and wanting to move to Australia and work in my proffession as a carpenter and joiner.
1- is filling in the vitessess form the easiest and best way to have my skills assessed.
2- as a joiner I have over 12 years experience and have nvq's in Joinery, do I need any other training when I move over or is it simpler to work as a joiner in Australia compared to being an electrician.
3- and finally does anyone have experience moving to Australia and working in my trade, good or bad, (hopefully good!)
Many thanks!

Your assessment authority is TRA, not VETASSES!
