Got a case officer but need some help........

I received an email today from case officer and I have a question.

Where do I get the HAP ID from? I can't see it anywhere in any of the attachments sent to me and can't book my medicals without it.

Can you see a TRN (Transaction reference number) anywhere? This number should enable you to book a medical x

If not, you could try e-mailing [email protected] and request your HAP IDs. We needed to do that as we applied before e-health was available.
