Default get state sponsorship

I am very new to this forum. I am starting my Australian PR application. I will be doing my skill assessment soon .

Through immigration web site I found : Skilled – Sponsored (Migrant) Visa (Subclass 176) is applicable for me .

However, State sponsorship or employee sponsorship seem to be faster than GSM 176 but I could not find any information on how to get those sponsorship?

Appreciate any response in this matter.

Have you been to the state websites? (try google) They will have occupation in demand lists and details of how to apply for state sponsorship, only thing is a lot of them are revamping the lists at the moment and might not be taking new applications. Bad timing I am afraid. You will probably have to watch and wait a couple of months.

As for employer sponsorship, well you have to find a job and an employer willing to sponsor you. Very difficult to do from overseas as employers prefer candidates already in Australia with a visa in hand.

Actually it is possible to find a employer from your country, but it is like finding a needle in the haystack.

For example i got my job in South Australia by contacting the local recruitment line.

There were going to sponser me and I had completed all the recuitment process in the uk.

But when i told them i got the visa application in the process, they were more interested and when visa was completed.

The final interview was with a HR recruiter over con call:
