An education authority has requested my daughters 11 digit visa number.

Is it the first 11 numbers excluding any letters

I've just checked ours, and they are 13 digit numbers

If you have a copy of your daughters visa grant notice, maybe forward that to them.

There are two types of numbers; visa grant and visa evidence. Visa evidence numbers are 11 characters and can include a letter at the end (grant numbers are 13). If you have a passport visa label they can be found top right or bottom left. If bottom left, you ignore the first letter and the back arrow.
