Default Citizenship - wife on same application?

Hi all

Does anyone know if I can add my wife to my citizenship application (just like I did for my original PR Visa)?

I am adding our children to my application, but I'm unsure if/where I can add my wife also.

The application also asks...

Related application for Australian citizenship
Does this child have another responsible parent who has made a separate application for citizenship?

...and if so what the application ref# is.

Problem is, I haven't got an application ref# for my wife yet as I haven't done hers. It feels a bit chicken and egg? Not sure how to answer this question properly. Do I need to start my wife's in order to go back and complete this question on my application?

Anyone else experienced this part of the form?

Appreciate your help.

Cheers
Mark

No, your wife needs to make a separate application, she cannot be added to yours.

Your wife has to do a separate application.

Answer the question truthfully at the time. Of now - no. Your wife's application will ask the same question and she can input then. It will also ask something like is there an immediate relative also with an application that has been submitted - she will then input your details. It will also ask if you want to have the citizenship ceremony on the same day as another applicant.
