EOI - ACCEPTED IN 2 DAYS
Hi
We submitted an EOI through our visa agent on Monday and have just received an email from the visa agent today to say we've been accepted!!! Seemingly DIBP invite round was today, and we have been invited to lodge a 189 Skilled Independent Visa on or before the 20th August 2017!!! Has anyone else been accepted so quickly??

Yes - ours was something like 4 hours - as we submitted the evening prior to the draw.
Good luck. The EoI is the hard part. As long as you didn't overclaim points and have the right documentation, and can clear medical/police checks, you're in.
Have you thought to where you will live? I encourage you to think outside the box - most people just pick one of the capital cities - we live in regional Australia and love it.
