I was hoping that someone might be able to help me with this please.

I have been searching online for while now as to how I can request my employment history from UK but I have only come across the form for employment check for compensation purposes:

As I am embarking on 186 Direct Entry, Employer Nominated I need to get the following from the UK:

Employment History (specifically, periods where i was employed and not employed) I don't remember exactly as it has been many many years. so I was hoping I could get this information from the government?

Police Checks


Does anybody know where and how I might able to get this information please? or if there is anything else i have missed?

Well it looks like you need to provide the employers and dates anyway when you fill out that form. To be honest in seven years on BE I have not come across anyone that could not remember where they worked!

Surely you can do it if you rack your brain hard enough, ask your mother, friends or anyone else that has known you a long time? I am sure the non relevant information like your paper round, Saturday job, summer job can be forgotten but the relevant work will be easier to retrieve.
