Default Employer transfers employee to australia

Hi,

My company has also an office in Sydney. And I know they have been transferring employees from the states to Australia.
I was wondering which visa do you need if your employer wants to transfer you to Australia? And what if your occupation is not on the sol list? Can I still be transferred?

I hope you have some information.

Thanks!

Unfortunately I don't know as he has been transferred from the US to Australia. I'm located in our UK office.
My question is more a general question. I haven't spoken to my employer about it yet.

Thanks

You'll need to have your occupation in CSOL list atleast to be able to be sponsored for a visa, most likely 457.
