Document Checklist 175
Evidence is required of both specific work experience & work experience for this visa, can anybody tell me exactly what they are looking for?

Reference letters are the usual way to support your claims. Because the "specific work experience" also covers the "recent" requirement, you only need one set, no need to send two copies to DIAC. Have a read at the bottom of the page here: http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/gener...experience.htm
