Default Defacto visa

Hi me and my partner are planning on applying for a 189 visa plus a defacto visa next year, we have been together for 7 years we have proof of all this , we lived together in Australia for one year last year and had a joint bank accounts (whv) but now we are back in the UK we both live with are parents but stay over every night of the week and we have separate bank accounts, will this be a problem when applying . many thanks

Your partner does not need a de facto visa. If she is your de facto partner she goes on your 189 as a dependent
However if you are currently living at different addresses, and are not married, you may struggle to prove the relationship is ongoing, especially if you have only lived together for 1 year out of 5.
Might be worth speaking to an agent.

Indeed. In fact, even for legally married couples, not living together is something that will need to be properly explained.
