Contributory Parent Migration
we are in the process of applying for permanent residency in Perth to join both our daughters, son in laws and our two grandchildren. we have been back in the uk now for three weeks after spending six weeks with them and miss them so much.
Our eldest daughter Tracey has permanent residency and Nicola is on a 4yr sponsorship and applying for permanent residency.
Tracey lived in Sydney for 3yrs and applied for permanent residency on her return to the uk. She qualified and has had her residency for 5yrs although she only moved to Perth in August last year (just before her residency expired).
My question is: Can Tracey sponsor us now or do we have to wait 2yrs.
Grateful for any info .

Get professional advice. Whether a period of residence so long ago would be accepted is an open question - there's a strong chance it would not be.
Also - even if you could win the argument on sponsorship, what's the plan for meeting the income requirements to do an Assurance of Support?
