Clarification regarding partner skills points

Hi,
I am the primary applicant. My skills already have been assessed by ACS and found to be suitable for migration under 2613111 - Computer Network & System Engineer of the ANZSCO code. My occupation is listed under Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL).

My wife is a software tester and her relevant ANZSCO code is 261314 - Software Tester. Her occupation is listed under Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) only.

Question:
Based on the above scenario, can I claim points for partner skills under 189 (OR) 190 VISA?

Re: Clarification regarding partner skills points

No, as to do so, both occupations must be on the same list. Do though check if your occupation is also on the short term list.

They must be on the same list and she will need an Assessment it isn’t automatic.
How badly do you need the extra points? Have you done the English tests to get the max points?
