Can details of PR189(Form-1221) be different from 457(Form-1221)?

Can details of PR189(Form-1221) be different from 457(Form-1221)?
hi Folks,
I am currently in Australia on 457 visa, since a year (during 457 application, I was asked to fill Form 1221, which i did). But in question 25, one of the employer in my carrier, I mentioned the CLIENT instead of the Employer.
this was unintentional and since there was no ACS etc during 457, i was all good and am here in Aus
NOW, i am preparing to apply for PR189, and i have all good documentation from my EMPLOYERS and ready to submit ACS and then to DIBP.
Will it be a problem that my employment details are different from my 457 (1221) and PR (1221) - one employment details of my carrier.
You suggestions and relies shall be of great help to me, thus thanks ahead!
