Bridging visa
Hello lovely people - long time, no see! Things have been (and still are) a bit insane, so I have not been around for a while. I hope you're all okay.
I actually have a question of my own, and my brain is fried to the extent that I'm not entirely certain of the answer. I have a student visa that is expiring, and I have been granted BVA with 8015 work restriction until my new student visa app is processed. Here's the thing that is currently breaking my brain. Does the work limitation apply to the new visa or is it on my BVA? I always thought that BVs came with the same rights/restrictions as the old visa. The restriction is the same, but this is where I'm getting confused. After my course finished, I was allowed to work as if it was a holiday period - i.e. during holidays, I could work full-time. Now, I'm not sure if I can even work at all until the new course starts.
I hope this question makes some semblance of sense. My brain is not functioning on the higher levels at the moment!
