Very helpful being upfront & transparent about the likely timescales.

We've just kicked off our application process for our 457 - we've pencilled in 3-4 months, so this helps add some context to that expectation.

(The initial feedback from the agent in Oz is positive in terms likelihood of success and complexity, so fingers crossed!)

Interesting. As someone who has been through the process for both 457 and 186 visas and is now looking at citizenship applications in a couple of months time, I wonder why citizenship takes relatively longer? You've been through the immi system at least one before and the required paperwork and documentation seems less than for visa applications. Maybe its just the time taken to get allocated a ceremony?
