If you want to move to Australia as a PR you should take a look at www.immi.gov.au . There is a visa wizard there which will tell you what visa you might be eligible for. Family migration visas, as far as I know are for parents to sponsor their children or children to sponsor their parents.

Categary in Family Migration is Remaining Relative Visa (Offshore) (Subclass 115)
This visa is for people whose only near relatives are usually resident in Australia and are Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents
Who is this visa for?
This visa is for you if both of these apply:
• you have a brother, sister, parent (or step-equivalent) who is an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen usually resident in Australia
http://www.immi.gov.au/migrants/family/115/index.htm
Accroding to above pasage I am aligibal for the visa application.

Do you have ANY family in your country? Father, mother, brothers, sisters? Don't forget this part...

you and your spouse have no brothers, sisters, non-dependent children, parents (or step-equivalents) other than those in Australia.
Your spouse and other family members may be included in your application if they meet certain requirements.

Then you won't qualify for the remaining relative visa. It's for people who have no other family in their home country.

My advice to you would be to seek out the help of a MARA registered agent to see if you are actually eligible for a visa. Make sure you are actually speaking to the agent, and not an employee in your country. Lots of agents have employees who work in India who are not agents themselves.
